This company restored my faith in local small businesses. Ryan Cser provided a proposal to remove my old patio cover and build, and install a new patio roof, with ceiling lights and ceiling fans with "mister" system.  Ryan and his crew performed the job admirable, with expertise, professionalism, and in a timely manner.  One of his installers (Patrick) was on site bright and early each morning and was extremely courteous as was Ryan and all other crew members.  The job was done on time with meticulous workmanship.  The workers cleaned up at the end of each day and left the final product in a premier condition.  At the end of the project all my patio furniture and BBQ Grills were placed back on the patio.  My wife and I are proud to show off our new patio.  Thanks Ryan and Crew of Precision Patios.

I feel very fortunate to have found Ryan and then to have him and his team complete my total backyard renovation. I ended up with the backyard of my dreams thanks to Ryan and his great crews. My project was very challenging in that it was an old, very large brick patio that had to be completely demolished along with several layers of old concrete and then transformed into three new modern tile patios along with building a large privacy wall. My backyard project was started and completed last summer under the most severe heat conditions.
