We will provide you with a site plan and manufacturer information required by HOA review for approval. This service is included with your patio cover project.

City permit costs vary substantially by city, project scope, and other contributing factors. We charge a flat fee to gather and prepare all the necessary documents required by the city for permit submission. Once the city determines a cost for the permit, We bill the client at face value. We also call in any necessary inspections as specified on the permit from initial to final inspection.
